Responsibilities

→Undergraduate degree, or five years’ experience.
→Ability to effectively communicate with employees, management and customers are a must for this position.
→Ability to read, write, and fluently speak the English language.
→Ability to comprehend concepts of moderate to high difficulty, and ability to communicate responses and actions related to these concepts.
→Ability to work effectively with common PC programs such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Ability to learn mainframe program (Metalware).
→Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
→Ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages.
→Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
