UberEther is a small business federal Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) systems integrator and independent software vendor. We deliver secure, modern identity solutions to federal civilian and Department of Defense customers, including FedRAMP High and IL5 platforms and automation products that help agencies adopt Zero Trust.

The Associate ICAM Analyst supports UberEther's identity delivery and customer teams by attending customer, partner, and internal meetings, capturing clear and accurate notes, and tracking action items through completion. The role gives someone early in their identity career hands-on exposure to federal ICAM programs, technical architecture discussions, and customer engagements, with a path toward a technical or consulting track.

  • →Maintain action item and decision logs, and follow up with owners to keep items moving.
  • →Understand and accurately record ICAM terminology and concepts (such as SSO, MFA, PIV/CAC, federation, provisioning, RBAC/ABAC, and Zero Trust) so notes are technically correct.
  • →Support program and project managers with meeting agendas, scheduling, status reports, and briefing materials.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work onsite at the Mark Center in Alexandria, VA, as required by the customer.
