One year minimum

1. Doing ministry/preparing for ministry: 1-2/wk

2. Participating in meetings/training: 2-3hrs/month

1. Represent the THRIVE ministry and model its values at all times.

2. Attend and participate in THRIVE events

3. Participate in THRIVE events and initiatives.

4. Promote THRIVE through outreach efforts and brand awareness, including pop-ups at UCFM and approved public engagement.

5. Support youth services and assist staff and volunteer teams as needed.

6. Provide mentorship or tutoring to high school juniors and seniors during Choir Rehearsal Saturdays.

7. Help recognize graduating seniors and support their assimilation into THRIVE.

8. Position is subject to background check and all regulatory processes for ABLAZE Youth policies.
