This role is distinguished by meaningful prior transaction execution experience and the ability to take ownership of key workstreams across the full deal lifecycle.
In this position, the successful candidate will lead financial modeling efforts, develop and refine capital structures, and actively manage transaction processes. Working closely with senior leadership and external financing partners, this individual will drive execution from initial structuring through closing, while mentoring junior team members and serving as a key contributor in capital markets activities.

This is an on-site role requiring five days per week in the office. Candidates must be based in New York or Denver, or be willing to relocate as required. Applicants with experience in the solar industry are highly preferred.
