Join UGL’s Western Power contract and play a critical role maintaining and improving the electricity network across metropolitan Perth and regional Western Australia. Based from our Canning Vale depot, you'll be part of an experienced team delivering essential network maintenance and emergency response works.

Pay & Conditions

• Distribution Lineworker: $56.00 per hour

• Glove & Barrier Lineworker: $63.16 per hour

• Overtime penalties & allowances

• Regional work attracts LAHA up to $385/day

About You

You are an experienced Distribution or Glove & Barrier Lineworker with a strong commitment to safety, quality and customer service. You enjoy a mix of metropolitan and regional work and are looking for a long-term opportunity with a market-leading utilities contractor.

Essential Requirements

• Certificate III in ESI – Power Systems – Distribution Overhead

• Glove & Barrier qualification and/or HV Switching experience

• Current Driver’s Licence (MR/HR preferred)

• High Risk Work Licences (WP, DG)

• Unrestricted working rights in Australia

Please note: Applicants must already hold recognised Australian electrical supply industry qualifications. UGL is not offering visa sponsorship or Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) pathways at this time.

A pre-employment medical, including a drug and alcohol screening test will be required.
