Lead Analytics Consultant

Lead end-to-end solution design and architecture for analytics implementations Act as primary SME for IBM Cognos (Reporting, Framework Manager, Dashboards) Drive best practices, standards, and governance for reporting and data models Work with Looker and modern BI tools where applicable Collaborate on solutions leveraging data lake for multi-product data integration Identify and implement AI/Automation opportunities in analytics reporting processes Act as escalation point for complex technical and functional issues Mentor team members and contribute to capability building and knowledge sharing Engage with stakeholders to gather, refine, and translate business requirements Oversee development of reports, dashboards, and data solutions 10+ years of experience in analytics / BI solution delivery Strong expertise in IBM Cognos Analytics (mandatory) complete stack. Experience in solution architecture and leading BI implementations Strong knowledge of data modelling and reporting best practices Advanced SQL skills - MS SQL Server and Google Big Query Experience with Looker and Power BI - preferred Exposure to AI concepts or analytics automation - preferred Exposure to Enterprise Data Lake environments - preferred Experience with ETL tools (e.g., Talend or similar) - preferred Ability to work across global teams and time zones
