You think like a business leader, not just a marketer, and you know how to translate sophisticated technology into compelling, buyer‑relevant stories. 10+ years of experience in Portfolio Marketing, Solutions Marketing, or Product Marketing within B2B SaaS Minimum 5 years of people leadership experience, including hiring, coaching, and performance management Demonstrated ownership of portfolio‑ or platform‑level messaging across multiple products or solutions Experience supporting enterprise go‑to‑market motions, including complex buying groups and long sales cycles Proven partnership with Sales, Product, and Demand Generation teams to support pipeline and revenue outcomes Experience marketing a multi‑product, platform‑based portfolio Experience developing messaging frameworks, solution narratives, and value propositions used in campaigns and sales enablement Background in business applications technology (e.g., HCM, ERP, CRM, CX, financial systems); infrastructure‑only backgrounds excluded Track record of influencing senior stakeholders and peers without direct authority Prior exposure to HR, workforce management, or people technology Experience translating horizontal platform capabilities into vertical or industry‑specific narratives Demonstrated impact on revenue metrics (pipeline creation, win rates, deal size, sales cycle velocity) Experience leading or supporting global or distributed teams Familiarity with AI‑enabled products or applying AI to marketing workflows and content development Experience supporting organizations through significant growth or transformation (IPO, acquisition, portfolio expansion) External credibility such as speaking engagements, published thought leadership, or industry visibility Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
