Staff Software Engineer- Eng ( Angular+ .Net )

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. Significant hands-on experience, typically 8+ years, in building full-stack web applications using JavaScript, Angular, Node.js, CSS, VB.NET, PostgreSQL, or similar technologies. Experience working in an Agile software development environment and delivering high-quality software as part of a team. Experience designing, debugging, testing, and supporting software across multiple layers of an application stack. Ability to communicate clearly in written and spoken English and collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical partners. Experience mentoring engineers or providing technical guidance to a development team. Experience contributing to software architecture or technical design decisions. Strong understanding of object-oriented analysis and design, design patterns, and common algorithms. Experience with database design, query optimization, and performance troubleshooting. Track record of delivering high-quality software on time.
