About the Role:

We’re looking for a Creator Growth Associate to join Ultrahuman! As a growth team member, you will get the opportunity to pitch into all areas of growth. You’ll work on expanding our creator funnel and work closely with Indian and international creators. Additionally, this role will entail analysing market trends, working on content ideas, and develop novel growth programs.

Top candidates will prioritise execution over strategy, be comfortable with ambiguity, have experience working with content creators, and exploring and developing revenue pipelines

Responsibilities:

Scout and onboard content creators across all platforms to build a talent stream and steady content pipeline
Work with them to ensure consistent, quality brand endeavours.
Stay on top of social media trends, ideate and execute killer campaigns.
Build long-lasting partnerships with content creators and networks.
Work on optimising CAC, and ROI, identifying inefficiencies and areas of improvement.
Stay on top of all communications with external parties, maintaining up-to-date documentation.

Prerequisites:

2-3 Years of experience in a growth or influencer marketing role.
A knack for growth, influencer marketing, and analytics.
Exceptional written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Experience curating and consuming content across platforms, specifically Instagram, and YouTube.
