Growth Associate — AfterQuery

Location: San Francisco, CA (Onsite) | Compensation: $100,000 – $130,000 | Equity: Competitive

AI research lab working with frontier model companies, backed by top-tier investors and led by a team from firms such as Jane Street, Meta, Google, and leading AI research institutions.

Growth operator responsible for building and scaling the expert supply engine powering frontier AI training. Hybrid role combining GTM automation, recruiting, operations, and systems building, working directly with founders to scale from 100K to hundreds of thousands of experts.

• →Build, optimize, and scale automated expert sourcing pipelines
• →Leverage LinkedIn and similar platforms to recruit high-quality professionals
• →Manage concurrent recruiting workflows at high volume
• →Design and implement GTM automation systems and tooling
• →Run experiments to improve acquisition funnels and conversion
• →Partner directly with founders on growth strategy and execution

• 0 to 4+ years experience in growth, recruiting, or outbound pipeline generation
• Experience scaling talent networks, marketplaces, or outbound systems
• Strong analytical skills with funnel and pipeline modeling
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• High agency, resourcefulness, and competitive drive
• Experience with automation and GTM tooling such as Clay, Instantly, Apollo, Zapier, scripts, or scrapers a strong plus
