The University of Miami, UHealth, has an exciting full time opportunity for a Registered Nurse 1 in the Department of Nursing for SoLe Mia. The Registered Nurse 1 delivers patient-family centered care in a culturally competent manner utilizing evidence-based standards of quality, safety, and service while ensuring population-specific patient care.

CORE JOB FUNCTIONS
1. Assesses assigned patients and evaluates plans to include documentation of nursing care. Reports symptoms and changes in patients’ condition and vital signs. Modifies patient treatment plans as indicated by patients’ responses and conditions, and physician orders.

Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution, ACEN and/or CCNE

1 year minimum of experience required

Valid State of Florida RN license required

BLS & ACLS certifications required
