ML Solution Consultant

We’re looking for exceptional ML Solution Consultants/ Data Scientists to join our growing global team. In this role, you’ll work directly with leading R&D organizations to deploy Uncountable’s AI capabilities—transforming how new products are developed and bringing innovation to market faster than ever before.

Customer Collaboration: Partner closely with customers to understand their scientific challenges and data structures, ensuring seamless onboarding and data structure.

Technical Guidance: Act as a subject-matter expert in statistical modeling and experimentation strategies, helping clients design experiments that get the most value from our platform.

Cross-Functional Impact: Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to shape product direction based on customer feedback and real-world usage patterns.

Strong background in data science, machine learning, or applied statistics, preferably in a scientific or engineering domain.

Experience working with R&D, scientific data, or physical experimentation workflows.

Exceptional communication skills and a customer-first mindset—comfortable translating technical concepts into business and scientific value.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high degree of autonomy.

Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in a quantitative field such as Chemistry, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or Data Science.

Experience in customer-facing roles such as solutions engineering, technical consulting, or pre/post-sales data science.

Exposure to product development processes in materials, chemicals, pharma, or adjacent industries.

Work at the intersection of AI and scientific discovery with world-leading R&D teams.
