The Ghana Education Outcomes Project (GEOP) is a results‑based financing programme seeking to improve learning outcomes and reintegrate out‑of‑school children across northern Ghana. Embedded within the World Bank‑funded GALOP, it delivers outcomes payments across two components: an Accelerated Learning Programme (ALP) for out‑of‑school children and a Mainstream School Improvement Programme (MSIP) focused on literacy and numeracy in primary schools.
The consultant will serve as EOF's primary in-country representative and coordination point for the GEOP programme, with a specific mandate to drive stakeholder engagement and ensure progress on agreed priority workstreams, particularly those that will enable EOF to provide technical input.
