Key Holder/Sales Associate-Part-Time/Full-Time

Uniform Advantage is hiring a Full Time/ Part-Time Retail Key Holder to support daily store operations and deliver excellent customer service. You will assist with opening and closing the store, processing sales transactions, merchandising, and customer support.

• →Provide outstanding customer service and sales support
• →Assist customers with product selection, sizing, and recommendations
• →Operate POS system for sales, returns, and exchanges
• →Perform opening and closing procedures, including cash handling
• →Maintain store organization, stocking, and visual merchandising
• →Support pricing updates, promotions, and displays
• →Handle multiple customers and tasks during busy periods
• →Assist with occasional offsite retail events (pop-ups)

• Retail sales or customer service experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment
• Flexible availability, including nights and weekends
• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be 18+
• Must pass background screening, drug test screening, and assessment test

• Stand and walk for extended periods
• Lift up to 40 lbs
• Bend, reach, climb, and move merchandise as needed

NOTE: Full Timers work 35-40 hours per week and Part Timers work a maximum of up to 28 hours per week.
