The Human Resources Assistant will play a pivotal role in supporting a wide range of human resources functions across recruitment, onboarding, benefits management, compliance tracking, and employee relations. This individual will be responsible for handling HR administrative tasks with a high level of organization, attention to detail, and discretion. The HR Assistant will ensure that HR processes run smoothly and efficiently while maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive employee information. Acting as a primary point of contact for employees, this role will help address HR-related inquiries, facilitate onboarding, assist with recruitment, and ensure compliance with both company policies and legal regulations.

Responsibilities

  • →Coordinate pre-employment and onboarding processes
  • →Provide support throughout the recruitment process
  • →Maintain accurate employee data and HRIS records
  • →Track and maintain compliance requirements and documentation
  • →Monitor and triage HR ticket requests and provide departmental support
  • →Respond to daily HR-related questions and inquiries
  • →Provide ongoing support and assistance to employees
  • →Coordinate employee training and development activities
  • →Prepare and maintain HR reports and documentation

Education & Experience Requirements:

  • →Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
  • →Working knowledge of HRIS systems, data entry, and general HR practices.
  • →Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • →Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • →Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team.
