Civil Site Engineer

Royal International Construction is looking for a dedicated and proactive Civil Site Engineer responsible for planning, managing, and executing civil construction projects. The role ensures that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. The Civil Project Engineer liaises with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

  Review and interpret project drawings, specifications, and technical documents.

  Support in preparing project execution plans and schedules.

  Ensure structural designs are accurate and feasible.

• →

  Monitor on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with drawings and standards.

  Supervise contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams for productivity and quality.

  Conduct site inspections, resolve technical issues, and ensure safety compliance.

  Ensure materials, methods, and workmanship meet required specifications and standards.

Experience

• Minimum 4-6 years of experience in civil construction projects.

• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project management, and quality control.

• Experience with large-scale infrastructure, commercial, or residential projects is preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree in civil construction/ engineering
