• True W-2 employment with weekly pay — no waiting, no invoicing

• Paralegal education or 3+ years of legal assistant, insurance/benefits, or similar document-heavy coordination experience
• The kind of eye for detail that catches errors before anyone else does
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfort working across multiple files and Microsoft Office daily

• →Review and proof trusts, wills, and related estate planning forms for accuracy
• →Coordinate member plan enrollments, updates, and replacements
• →Run quality checks on reports and plan changes
• →Resolve member inquiries alongside internal teams
