• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing strongly preferred. Candidates without BSN may be considered on a case-by-case basis and should be enrolled in a program with a completion date within 24 months.
• 3 years of nursing experience.
• Registered Nurse license in the state of Wisconsin.
• Strong communication skills.   

• MSN (MSN not required but highly recommend that graduate degree be pursued) - MS in Business or Health related field will be considered if BSN background.
• Previous management and labor relations preferred.
• Specialty certification in area of practice.
