We’re looking for a driven Sales Development Intern to join our Marketing team. You will play a critical role in supporting our outbound efforts by researching potential leads, qualifying opportunities, and booking meetings with sustainability, facilities, and digital transformation decision-makers across Asia.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Research and identify potential leads that fit Univers’ ideal customer profile (ICP)
- →Conduct outbound prospecting via LinkedIn, email, and phone to generate meetings
- →Qualify leads using criteria such as BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline)
- →Manage and update the CRM (Salesforce) with lead status and outcomes
- →Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to optimize messaging and outreach strategies
- →Assist in preparing outreach materials, including one-pagers and case studies
- →Join selected client meetings to observe and learn
- Real-world experience in B2B sales and marketing
- Lead generation tactics for cleantech and AI solutions
- How to qualify enterprise-level accounts
- Usage of tools like Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and sales engagement platforms
- Understanding of ESG and energy trends in Southeast Asia
Requirements

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to learn
- Comfortable with cold outreach and engaging senior stakeholders
- Interest in technology, energy, and sustainability topics is a plus
