This is a part-time, non-benefited position. Only UND students are eligible to be hired in this position.

Responsibilities

→Set-up the tables, lay table linens, chairs, silverware, centerpieces, glassware etc., as assigned
→Attend to the guest’s needs and requests
→Server must have knowledge on what food he or she is serving in the case of a guest asking
→Promptly bus dishes as guests complete each course and/or meal
→Perform cleaning tasks and breakdown of service, including washing and putting away dishes
→Maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness
→Adhere to grooming and appearance standards
→Maintain positive guest relations at all times
→Perform other duties as assigned
→Provide exceptional customer service to our guests
→Must have availability between the hours of 10am-3pm

Requirements

Ability to stand for 3–4 hours
Ability to follow instructions
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to handle and prepare meat products in a commercial kitchen
Compliance with all food safety and sanitation requirements including taking out jewelry and wearing a hairnet.
Must have availability between the hours of 10am-3pm
Able to move up to 45 lbs.
Must have a valid driver’s license
