Working across the business, you will play a vital role in shaping how we operate, grow, and innovate, bringing our strategy to life. 

At Country Road Group, we’re evolving how we work, modernising our platforms, processes, and experiences to better support our customers and teams. We’re looking for a Senior Change Analyst to join us on a 4-month fixed term contract, supporting a key Digital Transformation Program. 

In this role, you will play a critical part in assessing, planning, and delivering change across multiple workstreams, working closely with the Change Manager and project teams to ensure initiatives are embedded effectively, with minimal disruption and strong stakeholder engagement. 

  • Assess change impacts, identifying key stakeholders, risks, and required interventions  

  • Support and deliver change plans across communications, training, and business readiness  

  • Partner cross-functionally to align on change objectives and readiness  

  • Facilitate workshops and training to support adoption  

  • Develop clear, practical support materials (e.g. FAQs, QRGs, guides)  

  • Monitor progress and performance, using insights to drive improved outcomes  

  • Support transition planning, including business readiness and BAU handover  

  • Act as a key link between project teams and stakeholders, enabling feedback and engagement  

  • Experience in change, transformation, or project delivery, ideally within digital programs 

  • Strong analytical capability, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights 

  • Proven ability to manage change across multiple initiatives 

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills 

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities 

  • Adaptable, proactive, and solutions-focused mindset
