Virtual Rockstar is seeking a Senior Marketing Designer who brings a Marketing Director mindset—a self-starter who is equal parts creative strategist, savvy executor, and results-driven collaborator. You’ll function as a Senior Marketing Designer—from strategy to execution, across the following key areas: Website Creation & Optimization Design, build, and maintain engaging websites using WordPress + Elementor. Graphic Design Create flyers, web assets, social media graphics, and print materials using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva. Marketing Materials & Event Support Develop marketing assets for conferences and campaigns (digital & print), and manage registration sites via RegFox. Email Marketing & Funnels Design and optimize email campaigns and newsletters using Constant Contact. SEO Optimization Use tools like Surfer.AI to implement SEO strategies that boost visibility. Content Creation Write blogs, develop content for newsletters, and create promotional materials. Social Media & CRM Design and implement social media strategies and assist with CRM development and management. Innovate and Lead Take marketing goals and independently create a roadmap to achieve them. Bring strategic insights and ideas, not just execution. Tools & Platforms You’ll Use Design: Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Camtasia Web: WordPress + Elementor Email: Google Workspace, Constant Contact, Paubox Video/Meetings: Zoom, Google Meet SEO & AI: Surfer.AI CRM & Forms: JotForm Registration: RegFox Phone & Communication: 8x8, Email, Text Requirements Proven experience managing marketing as a solo contributor or in a Marketing Director-style capacity Strong background in graphic design, content creation, and web development Excellent time management and executive functioning skills A co-creator mindset—someone who brings ideas to the table and can work independently while keeping leadership informed Comfort using and exploring AI tools and marketing technology Familiarity with the private healthcare or service industry is a plus Benefits Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
