Clinical Dietitian - Long Term Care

• Bachelor’s degree required in accredited nutrition & dietetics or related field
• Completion of Dietetic Internship or ASCEND approved Graduate Program
• Registry Eligible Dietician required. Must pass RD exam within 6 months of hire date.
• Registered Dietitian preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience working in a healthcare setting as a Dietitian or Diet Technician preferred.

In this vital position, you'll work collaboratively with a team of Clinical Dietitians to develop and implement individualized nutritional care plans. You'll have the opportunity to work independently, providing ongoing assessments, education, and support to residents and their families. • →Develop and implement individualized nutritional care plans for long-term care residents.
• →Conduct ongoing nutritional assessments, monitoring, and education for residents and families.
• →Document all aspects of nutrition care accurately and timely.
• →Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, residents, and food service staff.
• →Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and maintain confidentiality of protected health information.
