Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Evaluate and treat short term rehab and long term care residents.
- →Documentation in accordance with JCAHO, third party payers, and the Thompson Health System.
- →Program development, out come studies, and projects as required
Requirements
~1 min read- Valid NYS licensure to practice Physical Therapy
- Degree in Physical Therapy from CAPTE approved program, DPT preferred
- Prior experience in long term care and short term rehab setting preferred
- Experience with EMR
- Team player and self-motivated
