Fire Safety Compliance Coordinator – Fire Doors & Compartmentation
About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised, commercially aware and resilient individual to coordinate fire door and compartmentation remedial works across London. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from survey stage through to completion, certification and invoicing whilst ensuring revenue targets, productivity targets and client expectations are achieved. The role requires an individual who is capable of making decisions under pressure, managing multiple competing priorities and dealing confidently with demanding clients, contractors and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
· Plan and schedule engineer and contractor workloads to maximise productivity and daily revenue generation.
· Ensure works are allocated efficiently to minimise travel time, reduce costs and increase operational efficiency.
· Monitor daily, weekly and monthly performance against revenue and completion targets.
· Review fire door and compartmentation surveys and prepare quotations for remedial works.
· Follow up quotations to secure client approval and convert opportunities into revenue.
· Arrange access, schedule approved works and monitor projects through to completion.
· Ensure certification, photographic evidence and compliance documentation are obtained and correctly recorded.
· Raise invoices promptly following completion.
· Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
· Manage difficult conversations, complaints and project challenges professionally.
· Track project progress and identify delays before they impact delivery.

· Joblogic, Excel, Blocks Online or similar scheduling systems.
· Quoting and estimating experience.
· Certification management.

Salary, Benefits & Hours of Work
· Location: Remote/Office based as required in Stellenbosch, Western Cape with occasional office attendance and company social events
· R18,000.00-R25,000.00 per month depending on experience
· 15 days holidays (plus public holidays).
· Standard hours – 0800-1700 UK Time, Monday-Friday
