Position Overview:
We are seeking a Support Agent to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working directly with customers, and brings a positive, energetic approach to their daily interactions. You will be the first point of contact for users needing assistance, and your ability to build rapport and deliver exceptional service will be key to your success.
Office Location:
Minnetonka, MN*
*This position requires the candidate to work from the office.
Responsibilities:
Provide first-line support via email, phone, and chat for our software solutions.
Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate when appropriate.
Communicate clearly and professionally with users at all technical levels.
Document support cases accurately and thoroughly.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Maintain a proactive, solution-oriented attitude when handling support inquiries.
Required Qualifications:
1+ years of experience in a customer support or helpdesk role.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build friendly and effective relationships with users.
Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and explain new software applications.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
A naturally enthusiastic and approachable demeanor is a plus.
