Responsibilities

→Communication and Interpersonal Skills - Must be able to effectively communicate (verbal and written) at the highest levels to internal and external Customers and Senior Management.

→Must be able to maintain company and personnel confidential information, must possess a high level of integrity.

→Must be able to make sound and accurate decisions that will affect our company/department financial success.

→Must be able to make personnel decisions regarding Hiring, Termination, Promotion, Counseling, Mentoring, and administer disciplinary actions as may be required.
