Responsibilities
~2 min readResponsible for executing and ensuring compliance with Foodservice contractual commitments for an assigned portfolio of National Accounts, including full financial tracking, reporting, and accounting of all contractual funding components.
Key Duties & Accountabilities
- →Manage all contractual funding elements for National Account agreements
- →Ensure compliance with customer commitments, contractual obligations, and SOX‑aligned accounting policies
- →Oversee year‑end accruals, EPM processing, accounting controls, and new account setup activities
- →Maintain accuracy and integrity of customer data across systems
- →Provide support to internal teams and Sales partners on reporting, payment processing, and account‑specific funding issues
- →Troubleshoot and resolve customer and funding discrepancies promptly
- →Serve as primary support for National Account Sales Directors on funding requirements and strategic initiatives
- →Guide Sales and internal teams on reporting expectations, funding processes, and issue resolution

Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Strong analytical and organizational capabilities, with the ability to assess materiality, evaluate risk exposure, and develop creative, practical solutions
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with a proven ability to engage and guide stakeholders at multiple levels of leadership
- Advanced problem‑solving abilities with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
- Highly numerate, detail‑oriented thinker with strong data interpretation skills
- Exceptionally organized and responsive, able to meet SLAs, manage tight deadlines, and prioritize effectively in a fast‑paced environment
- Collaborative and proactive team player with experience working across cross‑functional teams
- Adaptable, flexible, and comfortable managing competing priorities
- Strong time‑management skills, with the ability to balance multiple workstreams efficiently
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong understanding of general accounting principles, including accruals and transactional workflows
- 2–3 years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft Office, with advanced proficiency in Excel (e.g., complex formulas, data modeling, pivot tables, and automation techniques)
- 2–3 years of demonstrated analytical and problem‑solving experience, with a proven ability to interpret data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights
- Experience with working in EPM
