This full-time position is your opportunity to take your organizational and administrative skills to the next level with endless possibilities!  This position is responsible for multiple administrative job duties, with a strong emphasis on frontline staffing administration and frontline onboarding experience.

Responsibilities

  • Interview for entry level positions for the Louisville location
  • Enters frontline interview notes and offers
  • Creates frontline job requisitions/refreshes requisitions to maintain candidate flow
  • Contacts candidates at various points throughout the hiring process, to also include scheduling interviews
  • Cascades daily/weekly interview schedules and calendarizes for hiring managers
  • Tracks delays due to candidate action to initiate contingencies and follows up with 3rd party hiring firm and PepsiCo HR for extended contingencies delays
  • Participates on market/location staffing calls to provide status updates
  • Reaches out to candidates to communicate start date and orientation details
  • Leading orientation for FL associates on specialized day, excluding holidays
  • Responsible for cascading job postings on community college job boards/community job boards
  • Assists with logistics and execution of frontline hiring events at PepsiCo sites, community organizations, and community colleges
  • Assists in cascading and executing frontline recruitment materials and programs
  • Provide dedicated administrative support in a professional, confidential and organized manner
  • Monitor email and phone calls; proactively respond to and/or coordinate issues when possible
  • Organize/maintain FL staffing tracker
  • Daily interaction with all Functional Teams
  • Maintain high level of integrity and professionalism in handling confidential material on a daily basis
  • Ability to work proficiently and calmly under high pressure situations
  • Administer specific applications/time bound processes in an accurate and timely manner
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (excel, word, power point, outlook)
  • Capable of interpreting market pipeline and frontline staffing reports and other frontline related adhoc reporting as necessary
  • Work on special projects as necessary
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Analytical ability to summarize data, develop recommendations and implement solutions
  • Ability to perform all functions with a high degree of accuracy
  • Follow-up and tracking for leads
  • Encourages participation and shares data for Work Step
  • Coordinate new hire swag bags
  • Centralize New Hire Packets and Day 1 materials

What We Offer

The expected compensation range for this position is between $39,500 - $63,100.
Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Requirements

  • Accurate and detail-oriented
  • Results oriented with the ability to complete assignments accurately in a timely manner
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically in regards to Outlook and Excel
  • Ability to quickly learn various in-house software applications
  • Aptitude to work with minimal supervision
  • Self-motivated and high level of initiative
  • Analytical ability to summarize data, develop recommendations and implement solutions
  • Demonstrate tact, highest integrity, maturity, professionalism, and respect for others, both internally (Functional Teams) and externally.
  • Must be strong team player and assist other department staff when necessary
  • Willingness to learn and take on projects
  • Ability to handle multiple changing priorities simultaneously in sometimes challenging situations and keeping management involved as needed
  • Create Efficiency by meeting SMART objectives to drive business results
