We will empower you to lead, develop deep expertise, and find new approaches to solving the toughest challenges.     Position Overview: Oversee the Institute for Organization Management’s (IOM) technical infrastructure while serving as the program’s marketing and brand manager. Lead the Institute’s internal AI strategy by identifying high-impact use cases and recommending improvements that increase team efficiency and streamline workflows. Stay current on emerging technologies and evaluate their applicability to strengthen and modernize the Institute program.   Responsibilities: Manage the Institute’s technical infrastructure, making recommendations for and overseeing the implementation of new products and tools. Lead the development and production of the Institute’s marketing strategy, including digital, print, and collateral materials. Manage all aspects of the Institute’s registration system (Swoogo), including the four sites, scholarship applications, fall board meeting, and additional applicable programming. Oversee the website and virtual platform management. Leverage expertise and knowledge of technology to lead the Institute’s internal AI strategy, developing new programs/products as necessary to improve processes and maximize staff time and resources.  Manage the Institute’s scholarship applications and fundraising programs, working closely with Institute volunteers. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of related experience. Experience in chambers/associations/nonprofits. Experience in marketing and brand design. Strong attention to detail. Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Interest in and experience with emerging technologies, including AI. Interest in adult education. Ability to travel as necessary. Ability to lift and move items up to 40 pounds for on-site event logistics. Knowledge of Swoogo and Salesforce preferred. Experience with Canva preferred.   The salary range for this position is $62,734.00 to $68,000.00. The actual salary paid for this position will vary based on market data, an applicant’s qualifications, relevant degrees, certifications, and other factors. Our full-time employees are eligible for benefits, including health care, vision, dental, retirement, and paid leave.
