We will empower you to lead, develop deep expertise, and find new approaches to solving the toughest challenges.     Position Overview: The U.S. Chamber of Commerce is launching a new U.S.–Türkiye Next Generation Fellowship, a two‑year program designed to build and sustain a first‑of‑its‑kind professional network connecting students and early‑career professionals in the United States who have an interest in Türkiye with U.S. companies, universities, chambers of commerce, and civic organizations. The fellowship aims to strengthen long‑term U.S.–Türkiye commercial and people‑to‑people ties by creating structured pathways for career development, professional networking, and cross‑border engagement. Embedded within the U.S. Chamber of Commerce’s extensive ecosystem, fellows will play a leading role in designing, managing, and expanding this national network over the course of the program. Fellows will help grow the platform into a sustainable resource supporting mentorship, internships, employment opportunities, and professional programming, while convening stakeholders across the business, academic, and civic communities. Through hands‑on project management, relationship building, and program execution, fellows will contribute to the development of a dynamic next‑generation community aligned with the Chamber’s broader mission.   Responsibilities: Project & Network Management Manage and implement the end-to-end development of the U.S.-Türkiye Next Generation network, driving project milestones across university outreach, corporate engagement, and event planning in support of Fellowship goals Build and maintain a comprehensive Salesforce database of students, young professionals, U.S. companies, and university partners, ensuring data accuracy and workflow efficiency Support the planning and execution of an annual U.S.-Türkiye Next Generation Conference in New York, as well as monthly professional development webinars Relationship Building & Stakeholder Engagement Build rapport and effective relationships across multiple levels including U.S. Chamber staff, corporate partners, university administrators, Turkish student organizations, civic groups, and state/local chambers of commerce Engage existing civic organizations, NGOs, sports groups, and Turkish-American professional associations to further program goals Develop relationships with Turkish student organizations at priority universities and engage U.S. companies as network partners and potential employers Communications & Content Development Establish and grow a LinkedIn presence for the network, targeting 10,000 members within the first year through compelling, audience-tailored content Develop content for webinars, social media, and program communications, adapting style, tone, and level of detail to maintain clarity and impact across audiences Coordinate with the U.S. Chamber Federation of state and local chambers to extend the network's reach Highlight success stories, career resources, and U.S.-Türkiye business insights to drive engagement through the curation and editing of a monthly newsletter Programming Manage the planning and execution of monthly professional development webinars focused on job-seeking, career growth, and U.S.-Türkiye business topics Coordinate the organization of an annual U.S.-Türkiye Next Generation Conference Support program event planning by coordinating with necessary partners for space booking, catering requests, AV/technical support and general event communications     Qualifications: Recent graduate of a graduate-level degree program in business, economics, international relations, public policy, communications, or a related field Demonstrated knowledge of U.S.-Türkiye commercial relations Strong track record of accomplishments within their communities and professions, with high potential for growth and broader impact Turkish language skills Familiarity with the business environment in Türkiye Authorization to work in the United States   The salary range for this position is $62,734.00 to $76,000.00. The actual salary paid for this position will vary based on market data, an applicant’s qualifications, relevant degrees, certifications, and other factors. Our full-time employees are eligible for benefits, including health care, vision, dental, retirement, and paid leave.
