Electrical Wholesalers, an affiliate of USESI, is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Project Specialist to join our team. This position will be located in our Franklin, MA location. 

Job Type: Full-time 

Responsibilities

  • →Support project managers and sales teams in coordinating lighting, controls, or switchgear projects for commercial clients.
  • →Create quotes and orders using Job Management and Solar Eclipse systems.
  • →Maintain professional communication with customers, vendors, and shipping partners to ensure timely project execution.
  • →Prepare submittals for customer review and design approval.
  • →Address shipping-related concerns and project inquiries with efficiency and professionalism.
  • →Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of customer service.
  • →Assist with other project-related or administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination or the electrical construction industry.
  • High school diploma required; bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with Solar ERP is a plus.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly, adapt to changing schedules, and work independently or as part of a team.
  • Experience reading schematics or prints is a plus.
