Solution Engineer

You’ll lead engaging discovery conversations, translate customer pain points into compelling solution narratives, and deliver high-impact demos that showcase the unique value and differentiation of our platforms. Your ability to tell a strong story—through tailored micro demos and real-world use cases—will directly influence decision-makers and help win strategic deals.

Beyond customer engagements, you’ll represent ValGenesis as a thought leader by presenting at industry conferences, trade shows, and exclusive events across EMEA. You’ll also contribute to strategic opportunities by reviewing and responding to RFI/RFP requirements, ensuring our solutions are positioned effectively.

We’re looking for candidates with 3+ years of relevant industry experience who are passionate about technology and its impact on regulated industries. Fluency in German is essential, and Spanish is a strong plus, enabling you to connect with a diverse, global customer base.
