We are looking for a growth leader who sees opportunity where others see uncertainty. Your experience launching, scaling, and evolving SaaS products will help carry our proven platforms Validify.ai, Adaptix.ai, Optix.ai, and Amped.ai into new markets and deeper customer impact. You will take ownership of bold strategies, navigate complex terrain with cross functional teams, and lead with confidence as we expand our reach. This role is for someone who enjoys the climb, values collaboration, and is driven to leave every product and customer experience better than they found it.

  • Expand SaaS Product Adoption - Design and execute strategies that grow adoption of Validify, Adaptix, Optix, and Amped across our customer base.
    Impact: Build momentum through deeper engagement, long term growth, and stronger product loyalty.
  • Lead Direct Sales Initiatives - Create and guide direct sales strategies informed by market insight and real world data.
    Impact: Open new paths to revenue, exceed sales goals, and expand market presence.
  • Forge Lasting Customer Partnerships - Strengthen existing relationships while discovering and securing new clients.
    Impact: Create trust driven partnerships that deliver long term value and retention.
  • Align with Marketing Strategy - Partner closely with marketing to shape messaging, campaigns, and go to market execution.
    Impact: Deliver a clear and compelling story that attracts the right customers and fuels demand.
  • Inspire and Develop Sales Teams - Coach, mentor, and motivate sales professionals to perform at their best.
    Impact: Build a confident, adaptable team ready to meet challenges and seize opportunity.
  • Own Sales Performance - Track progress against targets, identify obstacles, and continuously improve execution.
    Impact: Maintain consistent revenue growth and predictable outcomes.
  • Navigate with Data - Analyze sales performance and customer insights to refine strategy and direction.
    Impact: Make smarter decisions, uncover new opportunities, and maximize return on effort.
  • Champion the Customer Experience - Resolve customer concerns with urgency and care, escalating when needed.
    Impact: Preserve trust, reduce churn, and strengthen long term relationships.
  • Contribute Beyond Your Lane - Support cross functional initiatives and continuous improvement efforts across the company.
    Impact: Help shape a culture of innovation, resilience, and forward motion.
  • Five or more years of sales experience, ideally in software or SaaS
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience with structured sales management processes
  • Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
  • A mindset built for exploration, ownership, and growth
