Responsibilities

→Exhibits excellent communication and interpersonal skills
→Demonstrated ability to resolve difficult technical issues with limited information
→Provide help desk support and resolve problems to the end user’s satisfaction
→Maintains and supports enterprise resources, including laptops, desktops, tablets, mobile phones and other network enabled devices
→Monitor, respond and resolve incidents in an ITSM system while ensuring SLA performance metrics are met. Ex: Jira SM, ZenDesk
→Strong troubleshooting of Windows 10/11 operating system
→Strong troubleshooting of MacOS
→Some understanding of Active Directory or LDAP
→Comfortable replacing hard drives, memory and other computer components
→Onboarding/ offboarding users
→Perform timely workstation hardware and software upgrades as required
→Provide support for multiple locations
→Installing, moving, equipment that may weigh up to 50 lbs

Requirements

2+ years of experience in IT
Proven experience with ITSM tools
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively

Prior experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
Familiarity with aerospace industry regulations and standards regarding IT and data

IT Support Specialist I: $28.00 - $39.00
IT Support Specialist II: $39.00 - $45.00

Pay Range: California

$28—$45 USD

Base salary will vary depending on job-related knowledge, education, skills, experience, business needs, and market demand. Salary is just one component of our comprehensive compensation package.
