Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Exhibits excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- →Demonstrated ability to resolve difficult technical issues with limited information
- →Provide help desk support and resolve problems to the end user’s satisfaction
- →Maintains and supports enterprise resources, including laptops, desktops, tablets, mobile phones and other network enabled devices
- →Monitor, respond and resolve incidents in an ITSM system while ensuring SLA performance metrics are met. Ex: Jira SM, ZenDesk
- →Strong troubleshooting of Windows 10/11 operating system
- →Strong troubleshooting of MacOS
- →Some understanding of Active Directory or LDAP
- →Comfortable replacing hard drives, memory and other computer components
- →Onboarding/ offboarding users
- →Perform timely workstation hardware and software upgrades as required
- →Provide support for multiple locations
- →Installing, moving, equipment that may weigh up to 50 lbs
Requirements
~1 min read- 2+ years of experience in IT
- Proven experience with ITSM tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively
Nice to Have
~1 min read- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Prior experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Familiarity with aerospace industry regulations and standards regarding IT and data
- IT Support Specialist I: $28.00 - $39.00
- IT Support Specialist II: $39.00 - $45.00
