We're looking for a curious, direct, and growth-minded Controller to be the definitive owner of our financial operations. This isn't a dusty, traditional accounting gig. You'll be the ultimate guardian of our compliance and integrity, ensuring every dollar is counted correctly under US GAAP while we zoom into new markets.

As a Financial Controller at V2 Cloud, you:

Budget Navigator: Lead budgeting and forecasting preparation and analysis. You’ll conduct sharp variance analysis and partner directly with department heads to keep our spending on track.

Business Partner: Serve as a key partner to department heads, providing the accurate and timely financial data needed to make strategic decisions.

You have:

• 5+ years of progressively responsible accounting experience, with a mandatory professional designation (CPA/CA equivalent).
• Direct SaaS Street Cred, with recent experience in a growing SaaS environment and practical mastery of subscription billing and ASC 606.
• Expertise in US GAAP and a strong working knowledge of international compliance and tax matters.
• System Savvy & Modeling Prowess, with advanced Excel skills and experience navigating subscription billing systems.
• A "Process Revolution" Mindset, fueled by curiosity, direct communication, and a desire to automate the mundane.
• Exceptional Leadership Skills, capable of translating complex numbers into a compelling financial story for non-finance partners.
