Fine Tuning Set Up Operator

• →Responsible for a complete set up concerning extruders, downstreams and components 
• →Responsible for performing accurate test runs 
• →Removes all extrusion tooling from extrusion line  
• →Documents results on run sheet and/or process card 
• →Responsible for the assembly and disassembly of extrusion tooling 
• →Polishes extrusion dies 
• →Responsible for maintaining housekeeping 
• →All other duties as assigned.  

• Aptitude for mechanical processes 
• Good interpersonal skills.   
• Good documenting skills 
• Ability to handle multiple priorities through excellent time management and organizational skills. 
• Accountability, assertiveness, dependability, a team-oriented mindset, and responsiveness are all critical attributes that are essential for success in this role. 

High School Diploma or equivalent, Vocational School and/or experience preferred
