About the Job
As an Enablement Associate, your mission is to provide essential onboarding support, training preparation, and platform guidance to new partners and their teams—helping them confidently adopt Vendasta’s core tools and services. In this foundational role, you will work from defined playbooks and AI-assisted workflows to complete early-stage partner setup tasks, support basic dashboard walkthroughs, and escalate technical needs appropriately.
You will play a key part in delivering a consistent, high-quality onboarding experience. By building your knowledge of Vendasta’s platform, services, and enablement best practices, you will prepare to progress into higher-level consultancy and training roles, collaborating cross-functionally to ensure operational excellence.
Note: This role supports our global partners and requires working the night shift from 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST out of our Chennai office.
Your Impact
As an Enablement Associate, you will:
- Onboarding Support & Partner Setup: Complete guided onboarding tasks (including assisting with Google Business Profile listing claims) using process documents, SOPs, and AI checklists to configure core services accurately.
- Platform Walkthrough Assistance: Deliver introductory dashboard overviews for the Business App following standardized scripts, and assist senior specialists during live walkthroughs by managing chat questions and logging follow-up actions.
- Operational & Administrative Support: Maintain accurate session notes, onboarding checklists, and resource links in the CRM, while contributing feedback on onboarding processes, scripts, or tools to improve team efficiency.
- AI Integration: Use and adapt approved AI tools and automation checklists for daily onboarding tasks, providing post-session resources and AI-generated summaries to partners.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with fulfillment, growth tech, and technical teams to escalate complex cases, while updating team documentation and playbooks.
What you bring to the table
- Experience: 0–2 years of experience in customer support, client onboarding, digital marketing, or a related tech-support role.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Digital Strategy, or a related field preferred.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems, digital marketing tools, and Google Business Profile management. Basic knowledge of cloud-based software or dashboard environments is a plus.
- AI Comfort: Working knowledge of or comfort using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini) to generate summaries and follow workflows.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with a talent for breaking down technical concepts into simple instructions.
- Attributes: High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and an analytical mindset for troubleshooting basic technical setups.
