In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to senior leadership while leading an international team of HR Business Partners, ensuring alignment between global HR initiatives and local business needs. You will drive impactful HR programs that enhance employee experience, improve retention and support business performance.

Partner with managers and senior leaders on staffing, performance and employee development

Coach, develop and support the HR team and support functions
Monitor and manage the HR budget and external vendor relationships
Analyze HR data and KPIs to generate insights and drive informed decisions
Develop and implement strategies to improve retention and reduce turnover
Support and lead organizational change initiatives and transformation projects
Provide guidance on employee relations matters (discipline, conflict resolution, policy interpretation, etc.)
Identify opportunities to optimize HR processes and tools
Coordinate and oversee learning & development initiatives
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and strong leadership practices
Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, including a managerial role
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor legislation and current trends
Experience working with HR metrics and data-driven decision making
Excellent communication, coaching and stakeholder management skills
Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on
