Implementation Engineer 1

As a part of the forward-deployed engineering team, you will help our customers go live fast and make most out of the powerful platform we have built

Basic Qualifications

1. 1-2 years of full time experience in Python.

2. Should value simple solutions and write concise code.

3. Knowledge of RESTful and JSON APIs.

4. Strong computer science fundamentals

5. Self-motivated to work in a fast-growing environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the onboarding of new accounts.

2. Interact with the Product Engineering and Machine Learning team for product enhancements.

Requirements:

1. Excellent organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple projects at any given time.

2. You are a self-starter that anticipates requests and doesn’t need a lot of oversight.

3. Great problem-solving skills, taking a consultative approach to find the best solution.

4. Excellent verbal & written communication skills. You can explain complex issues in simple terms and adapt your tone for different users.
