Access Control / Escort

 The Access Control / Escort is responsible for monitoring and controlling access to cleared customer facilities and visually observing personnel, visitors, and contractor activity to help maintain a secure work environment. This position supports facility security requirements by escorting personnel as required, maintaining situational awareness, and reporting incidents or unusual activity in a timely and professional manner. This is an on-site position at a cleared site on Prince Sultan Air Base, Saudi Arabia.

• →Control and monitor access to customer facilities in accordance with site security procedures and access requirements.
• →Escort personnel and visitors within cleared customer facilities as required.
• →Observe personnel working in or visiting customer facilities and report any unusual, suspicious, or unauthorized activity.
• →Maintain constant visual awareness of assigned areas and individuals from a moderate distance.
• →Provide professional customer service while interacting with employees and other project personnel.
• →Communicate clearly and effectively in both verbal briefings and written incident reports.
• →Follow all site-specific policies, post orders, and safety requirements.
• →Work outdoors and in varying environmental conditions as needed to support site operations.
• →Support shift coverage requirements, including weekends, holidays, evenings, overnights, and rotating schedules, as assigned.

• Must have an active secret security clearance. U.S. citizenship is required to obtain and maintain this clearance.
• Must be able to work on-site.
• Must possess a valid U.S. driver’s license.
• Must possess strong customer service skills.
• Must demonstrate satisfactory oral and written communication skills, including the ability to describe incidents through verbal briefings and written reports.
• Must possess the visual acuity required to observe the activities of other individuals from a moderate distance.
• Successful results of preemployment screenings, including federal background check, MVR, and drug screen.
• Comply with company drug and alcohol policy.
• Be authorized to work in the US or will be authorized by the successful candidate’s start date.

• High school diploma preferred.
• Prior experience in access control, escort services, security operations, or a similar customer-facing security role is preferred.

• Must be able to walk and stand for up to 12 hours per day.
• Must be able to work outdoors in austere environments and inclement weather.
• This position requires continuous visual observation of personnel working or visiting customer facilities.
• The role may require movement throughout large facilities and work in both indoor and outdoor environments.

• Shifts may vary during the week and may include days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays..
