We are seeking a detail-oriented Documentation Specialist Intern to support the review, rebranding, updating, and restructuring of product documentation in both English and French. This role will focus on bringing outdated documentation current, aligning materials with current branding and product functionality, and improving usability through clear structure, practical formatting, and adult learning principles. 

This position will work closely with the Training & Content Team and Product Managers, documentation stakeholders, and subject matter experts to bridge documentation gaps, support product release note updates, and help establish repeatable processes for keeping documentation accurate and useful over time.
