We’re looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Payable Analyst to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build hands-on experience and grow in a fast-paced, supportive environment. In this role, you’ll help manage day-to-day accounts payable activities, learn financial systems, and collaborate across teams to keep our operations running smoothly.

Job Functions

Review and enter vendor invoices accurately using our internal systems
Help process payments to vendors and landlords in a timely manner
Assist with setting up new vendors and maintaining accurate records
Communicate with vendors to answer questions and resolve simple issues
Partner with internal teams to fix discrepancies or update account details
Support audit preparation and process improvement projects as needed

This role is onsite in our brand new Downtown Delray Beach office. We foster a fast, flexible, and friendly culture where team members recognize the importance of in-person collaboration while providing the ability to have a flexible schedule and work remotely when needed.

Associate degree or coursework in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is a plus
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Basic experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Experience with Concur, Core and NetSuite a plus
Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized
Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
