Brazers / Hourly - Plant

Siamo attualmente alla ricerca di un Saldobrasatore da inserire nel nostro team di Produzione presso la sede di Piove di Sacco (PD), contribuendo alla realizzazione di soluzioni di raffreddamento critiche destinate ai data center e ad altre applicazioni mission-critical.

Il Saldobrasatore esegue operazioni di brasatura su componenti e tubazioni destinati alle unità HVAC e Chiller, assicurando la qualità delle giunzioni, l’affidabilità del prodotto e il rispetto degli standard tecnici, produttivi e di sicurezza.

Il ruolo opera principalmente sui circuiti frigoriferi e idraulici, dove la qualità della brasatura è fondamentale per garantire la corretta tenuta e il funzionamento dell’unità.

Responsabilità principali

• Eseguire operazioni di brasatura su componenti in rame, ottone, ferro e acciaio utilizzando tecniche di brasatura a fiamma.
• Brasare tubazioni e componenti destinati ai circuiti frigoriferi e idraulici.
• Assemblare e collegare componenti dei circuiti frigoriferi delle unità Chiller.
• Preparare tubazioni e componenti prima della brasatura, effettuando posizionamento, allineamento e pulizia.
• Leggere e interpretare disegni tecnici, istruzioni operative e Piani di Produzione e Controllo.
• Garantire che le giunzioni rispettino gli standard di qualità e tenuta richiesti.
• Individuare e segnalare eventuali difetti o non conformità.
• Operare nel rispetto delle procedure di produzione, qualità, salute, sicurezza e ambiente.

Requisiti

• Buona manualità e coordinazione mano-occhio.
• Capacità di leggere disegni e schemi tecnici di base.
• Diploma tecnico o qualifica professionale, preferibilmente ad indirizzo meccanico o termomeccanico.
• In alternativa, esperienza pratica come saldobrasatore, saldatore, idraulico, tubista o in ruoli tecnici similari.
• Esperienza di base nell’utilizzo del cannello e nelle attività di brasatura/saldobrasatura.
• Precisione e forte attenzione alla qualità e alla sicurezza.
• Preferibile esperienza nel settore HVAC, refrigerazione o Chiller.
• Eventuali certificazioni di brasatura o saldatura costituiscono titolo preferenziale.
• Particolarmente apprezzata esperienza su tubazioni in rame e circuiti frigoriferi.

The Brazer performs brazing operations on components and piping for HVAC and Chiller units, ensuring joint quality, product reliability and compliance with technical, production and safety requirements.

The role primarily involves work on refrigeration and hydraulic circuits, where the integrity of brazed joints is essential to the performance and reliability of the finished product.

Main Responsibilities

• Perform brazing operations on copper, brass, iron and steel components using appropriate flame-brazing techniques.
• Braze piping and components used in refrigeration and hydraulic circuits.
• Assemble and connect refrigeration circuit components on Chiller units.
• Prepare pipes and components before brazing, including positioning, alignment and cleaning.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, work instructions and Manufacturing and Control Plans.
• Ensure brazed joints meet required quality and leak-tightness standards.
• Identify and report defects or non-conformities.
• Follow production, quality, health, safety and environmental procedures.

Requirements

• Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to read basic technical drawings and schematics.
• Technical diploma or vocational qualification, preferably mechanical or thermomechanical.
• Alternatively, practical experience as a Brazer, Welder, Plumber, Pipefitter or similar technical role.
• Previous torch brazing or soldering experience.
• Strong attention to quality and safety.
• Previous HVAC, refrigeration or Chiller experience is preferred.
• Brazing/welding qualifications or certifications are considered an advantage.
• Relevant experience with copper piping and refrigeration circuits is highly desirable.

The anticipated salary range for this role in Piove di Sacco (PD), Italy is between 28.000€ to 34.000€ gross per year (based on a full-time working week). Certain roles may be eligible for variable compensation and benefits.
