Summer Intern – Corporate & Fixed Cost FP&A

• Contribute to the monthly and quarterly results consolidation process
• Help build and refine materials for Executive Leadership reviews
• Support preparation of Board of Directors presentations and quarterly earnings decks
• Assist with ad hoc financial analysis and data requests from senior leadership

• Assist with planning, budgeting, and forecasting for corporate functions including IT, Legal, Finance, HR, Marketing, and General & Administrative
• Support total company Compensation & Benefits (C&B) analysis and reporting
• Help prepare variance analyses and identify cost trends across functional areas
• Partner with functional budget owners to gather inputs and validate assumptions

What We're Looking For

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products — particularly Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data manipulation) and PowerPoint (building clear, executive-ready presentations)
• Technologically curious — you enjoy exploring new tools, automating tasks, and finding smarter ways to work
• Positive attitude — you bring energy and optimism to the team, even when tackling complex or ambiguous challenges
• Enjoys working with people — you thrive in collaborative environments and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Eagerness to learn and a genuine interest in corporate finance

Preferred (But Not Required)

• Familiarity with financial planning tools (e.g., SAP, Hyperion, Adaptive, or similar)
• Prior internship or coursework in FP&A, corporate finance, or accounting
• Interest in data visualization or business intelligence tools
