IT Oracle CPQ Intern (Summer 2027)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Summer Intern to join our Oracle CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) team. This internship offers hands-on experience with enterprise quoting and pricing technology, providing the opportunity to contribute to real-world projects that directly impact business efficiency and revenue operations. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and interested in the intersection of technology and business processes.

• →Assist in the configuration and maintenance of product rules, pricing models, and quote workflows within Oracle CPQ Cloud
• →Support the development and testing of quote document templates and layouts
• →Help identify and implement process improvements to streamline the quote-to-cash lifecycle
• →Participate in data quality initiatives, including product catalog cleanup and validation
• →Create and maintain technical documentation for system configurations and business processes
• →Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) for new features and enhancements
• →Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, Product, and IT to gather requirements and troubleshoot issues
• →Support reporting and analytics efforts related to quoting activity and system performance

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort working with data
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a collaborative team environment
• Self-starter with a willingness to learn new technologies

• Coursework or experience in business process analysis, sales operations, or systems administration
