Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain project schedules using project management software
  • Develop project plans including defining goals, objectives, timelines, and budgets
  • Coordinate with project team members to ensure deadlines are met and tasks are completed
  • Monitor and control project progress, identify risks, and develop contingency plans
  • Evaluate and recommend project resources to ensure the project is completed on time and within budget
  • Ensure that project documentation and communication channels are in place and up-to-date
  • Conduct project post-mortems and lessons learned sessions to identify areas for improvement

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related field
  • At least 4 years of experience in project planning or management
  • Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project or similar tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve problems and make decisions quickly
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices

 

  • The role is primarily based in a manufacturing facility, requiring regular site visits and interaction with production teams.
  • Required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhere to safety protocols.
  • The role involves extended periods of sitting in front of a computer.
  • Occasional standing or walking may be required during meetings, presentations, or site visits.
  • Work is primarily conducted in an office environment with controlled temperature and lighting.
  • No travel required.
