Pre-Sales Head（Data Center Infrastructure）

 【工作職責】

• 領導並管理台灣 Technical Solutions / Pre-Sales 團隊
• 制定技術支援流程、團隊 KPI 與 technical strategy
• 帶領團隊設計 Data Center Infrastructure 解決方案，包括：
  • UPS / Critical Power
  • Thermal / Cooling Solutions
  • Electrical & Mechanical Infrastructure
  • Data Center Architecture
• 主導大型專案 solution review、技術簡報、PoC  與 technical consulting
• 與 Sales  團隊合作推動 strategic opportunities 與 customer engagement
• 協調Product、Factory、Service 與 Bid Management 團隊，確保方案完整性與交付品質 
• 管理 technical escalation 與複雜技術問題 
• 持續追蹤 AI Data Center、Cooling  與 Critical Power 技術趨勢 

【職務條件】

• 電機、電子、機械、冷凍空調、熱流或相關科系學士以上學歷 
• 8年以上 Data Center Infrastructure、Critical Power、Thermal Management 或相關產業經驗 
• 3年以上 technical leadership 或團隊管理經驗 
• 具售前技術支援（Pre-sales / Solution Engineering）經驗
• 熟悉：
  • UPS / Critical Power
  • Cooling / Thermal Management
  • Electrical & Mechanical Infrastructure
  • Data Center Architecture
• 具 solution architecture 與 customer-facing technical consulting 能力
• 具英文技術溝通與簡報能力 
• 熟悉 AutoCAD、Revit 或相關設計工具者佳

【加分條件】

• 熟悉 AI Data Center / Hyperscale Infrastructure
• 具 Liquid Cooling 或 High Density Cooling 專案經驗 
• 具資料中心、Cloud  或高科技廠房專案經驗 
• 具顧問公司、SI  或 Colocation  客戶合作經驗
