Via Amsterdam is a multi-functional playground for the curious new-age traveller. The reception is the centre of the hotel and as a Receptionist you are - sort of - the heart of the hotel <3. You are the one to make the right first impression by welcoming our guests. You love to be in contact with travellers from all over the world and you just want to make sure that our guests are having the time of their life. We say nayyy to that standard 'passport and booking number please!' check in and YAY! to sharing your favourite hotspot, that hidden vintage boutique and the best place for that perfect morning latte!

• Be the first friendly face guests see — setting the tone for an unforgettable stay with Via!

• Handle check-ins and check-outs, answer incoming calls, and assist with guest inquiries.

• Share insider tips on the best things to see, do, and experience in Amsterdam.

• Actively promote our in-house events like karaoke, pub quiz, beer pong, art night, and movie night.

• Take care of basic front office administration tasks.

• Keep a watchful eye on the lobby and surrounding areas, making sure everything looks top-notch at all times.
