Financial Specialist

Description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Financial Support Specialist to join our team. This role sits at the intersection of finance and sales, supporting the commercial block of a major developer. You will handle invoicing, counterparty settlements, contract management, and maintain accurate records across 1C and Google Sheets.

Requirements

• Prior experience in:
  • Financial department
  • Accounting
  • Operations department of a bank
  • Support/service team
• Experience with document flow in a large company
• Strong knowledge of:
  • 1C
  • Excel
  • Google Sheets
• Personal qualities:
  • Non-conflict / easy-going
  • Self-learning & independent
  • Multitasking
  • Scrupulous / meticulous attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Support the sales process from the financial side:
  • Issuing invoices for payment
  • Managing mutual settlements with counterparties
  • Maintaining the full sales cycle in 1C
  • Working with Google Sheets
• Work with counterparty contracts
• Ensure smooth financial documentation and follow-up

Nice to have

• CRM system skills

Working conditions

• Location: Ideally Phuket (fully remote possible)
• Time zone: Must align with Novosibirsk / Omsk / Yekaterinburg / Tomsk
• Schedule:
  • Monday, Friday → 10:00 – 19:00
  • Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday → 11:00 – 20:00
    (all times according to Phuket time)
